Hi! My name is Tiff Bowen. I created The Pursuit Coaching because I’ve lived the life of the strong one. The fixer. The reliable one. The leader who gets it done—no matter the cost.
But behind the competence and composure was someone who had lost touch with her own needs, her own voice, and, honestly, her own joy. I realized I wasn’t living a life that fit me—I was living a life that fit the expectations placed on me.
So I did the brave thing: I stepped off the path of perfection and onto the path of pursuit.
It’s where authenticity meets strategy.
The Pursuit Coaching was born out of that shift—a deep desire to help others reconnect with their truth, lead with heart, and live with clarity and courage. Where personal growth and professional leadership are treated as a both/and, not an either/or.
I bring over 20 years of leadership experience in social services, nonprofit work, and coaching to this space. I’ve worked with everyone from Direct Support Professionals to Executive Directors, from burned-out givers to bold emerging leaders. And through it all, one thing has remained true:
